Add rspec test with Deferred function #93

Added a module with an RSpec test using a Deferred function. Added a new RSpec test. This test should pass but it is failing with the current version of the puppet-dev-tools image. The most obvious solution is for puppet-dev-tools to include a new future release of PDK including rspec-puppet 2.9.0.
