Fix second occurence of links to documentation

The deep links into the documentation actually occur twice. This fixes the second and additionally adjusts the os name from MacOSX to macOS.

Sorry for having overseen this in the last PR.

Thanks for the fix @mrolli . I've made an additional tweak and put up #317 - once it's approved and merged, your changes will be taken in too
