Updated ezbake build version to support debian-12-x86_64 build for puppetdb in 7.x

I have tested the puppetdb 7.x build on lowliest-dam.delivery.puppetlabs.net debian-12-x86_64 VM. Console log is attached below puppetdb-debian-12-x86_64(bookworm)-for-7-x.log.log
