1.0.0 git tag is missing #86

Describe the Bug

https://forge.puppet.com/modules/puppetlabs/node_manager/readme lists a 1.0.0 release, but no related git tag

Expected Behavior

git tags that match forge releases

Created tag https://github.com/puppetlabs/puppetlabs-node_manager/releases/tag/v1.0.0 Thanks @bastelfreak for pointing out, due to manual work we missed this step.
