Renaming module to pectin, will rename repository once this is merged

After some discussion over naming and not being unable to come up with anything perfect, going to try out something that has a few similarities to "peadm". Maybe consistency overcomes flaws? Both start with "pe", are in total 5 letters, and neither are particularly pronounceable
