update for satellite 6 tarball-of-rpms certs, improve example hostname #55

Satellite 6.2.11 at this customer site is producing a tarball of rpm files rather than a tarball of .crt and .key files. This threw me a bit, so I've updated the README.

Also, the example hostname of 'satellite.example.com' representing the PE Master seems a poor choice so I changed this to 'puppet.example.com'.
