Create a new release #588

Hi,

Could a new stable release be tagged/released? 5.3.0 is partly broken in RHEL7 without https://github.com/puppetlabs/puppetlabs-vcsrepo/pull/582

Hi @nbarrientos v5.4.0 of this module is now available on the forge here. I'll go ahead and close this issue, if you find the problem still persists please do re-open this. Thanks for raising this one with us! :-)
