Describe the problem
Our testing environment (both PR testing and nightly testing) is failing to find appropriate windows images to provision the environment for spec testing. It is observed that our nightly runs fail to provision the following windows OSs:
In addition, our PR auto-run testing not only fails to get the images for the previously listed but also completely skips testing for the rest of OSs:
Both nightly and PR testing seems to be skipping puppet 7 environments as well.
Expected Behavior
Our automated testing should correctly provision and run spec tests on all our supported OSs.
