This reverts commit 9668c4ad13a4254497f2c2d1152647e9b2c3b55e, reversing changes made to 707883fe5f196af2293c4c604a26c882df2d685b.

The relatime property is only compatible on Linux and is causing failures in CI because we test on non-Linux platforms
