Please add all notable changes to the "Unreleased" section of the CHANGELOG in the format:

@lesinigo , This is in regards to your issue https://github.com/puppetlabs/r10k/issues/1350 . It seems like just including that sentence is the problematic part so I removed it. Let me know if you think it should be updated in a different way.
