Also have the option to save all chars to unicode #39

Sava must have an option to convert all chars to names or to unicode.
I think for chars with unicode bigger than 0xff

I have added the configuration parameter saveOption:
saveOption=""       // Define how the mathml is built:
    // "" (default) - do the conversion to names (if exist) for all chars  
            if not let the unicode
    //unicode - do the conversion to unicode 
    //char - put in the mathml the character (no unicode and no alias name)
