MathML font attributes are deprecated #6

I was just playing with another MathML tool and was having problems 
importing the MathML generated by the editor. After closer investigation, 
it turns out that the "font*" attributes used (fontcolor, fontsize, etc.) 
are deprecated as of MathML 2.0. Is the goal MathML 1.0 support, or 2.0 
support? If 2.0, it seems like they are easily convertible for the post 
part. For example, fontcolor just becomes mathcolor.

Also, I see to have had problems with &infinity;... not sure if that was 
deprecated too or if it was just a bug in the tool I was using.
