Missing Latex keywords like \simeq

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1- Type in the Latex the formula:
$\rho(t) \simeq \rho_0 e^{(- \kappa t)}+ \rho_\infty(1 - e^{(- \kappa t)})$
2- Preview the formula: not the requested output
3- Go back to the Latex Editor the formula becomes: the sim eq is separated:
$\rho(t) \sim eq \rho_0 e^{(- \kappat)}+ \rho_\infty(1 - e^{(- \kappat)})$

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Check the attached file

What version of the product are you using? On what browser?
- fmath editor 2.5
- Google Chrome and Firefox, fmath is not working properly with IE

Please provide any additional information below.
