IE8 reports issue -> forces compatibility mode #4

Trying to make this as crossbrowser as possible. Degrading the square corners is fine. Failing to compatibility mode isn't really.

It fails to compat mode on IE just if you have an mb.extruder inside a nested DOM element; otherwise it works in standard mode... Trying to find why (I hate IE ad all its fakes!)
