With Gnu Emacs for Mac OS X 24.4 on Mac OS 10.10, on installing from MELPA:

I think the theme works anyway? But it's hard to tell whether it's working 100%.

This can be ignored. It's a side effect of the package supporting both the Emacs 24 color theme system and the old color-theme package, which you will not have installed.
