Code Conventions and Linting #10

The current LIMO codebase is not in great shape. Current efforts are improving it, but there is still a long way to go, and we need to keep the code high quality. Code conventions need to be established (Likely in contributing.md) and we need to add a linter to enforce these conventions. Mylynn should have linting capability, so this is likely a good first step.

Per 11/30 discussion, this has been upgraded to a high priority issue to get done before more researchers join
