Revisiting #43 except this time .prettierrc has all the (relevant) available options defined per The Prettier documentation.
This should cause minimal changes as most of these are "defaults" (and I of course aimed to have the rules match current formatting) but there was still a net +66 changes according to Git. Each addition is it's own commit to better see which settings may have done what.
