Update/lvgl 8.3.6

Overview

This PR updates LVGL to 8.3.6. We're hoping this fixes the half-white screens the code that the closed-beta testers are experiencing

Test Plan:

• [X] Ensure that the project builds
• [X] Ensure LLEMU works as expected

This PR works as far as LLEMU goes, I'm going to test it and see if this fixes the issues the beta testers experienced

Do we still want to update this? We found the fix for the beta issues in the other PR.
