Move codebase to ES6 JavaScript. Going to hold off on doing the views, because those will get refactored to use etch after this anyway.

Probably need to test just to make sure that everything works as intended, but my preliminary tests were promising.

Going to roll the etch upgrade in with this PR, because the code decaffeinate generated for the views was just completely broken
