No option for removing library from %appdata% #43

Expected Behavior:

Improperly versioned library could be easily removed to allow for the pros conduct download command to properly download the latest library version.

Actual Behavior:

Manual deletion of the library from the %appdata% folder is required to download the library even when a properly versioned library was downloaded later.

Steps to reproduce:

Accidentally tagged a library as v1.1.0, attempted to download it, fixed it to v1.0.0, and then could not download v1.0.0 without manual deletion of the entire library from %appdata%
