Make PROS work fully in codespaces and add support for WebUSB. This would allow people to do everything from within their browser, further extending our availability. Would also be really cool.

Edited the title to reflect how much work this will be for complete browser compatibility in vscode.dev. There will probably be a lot of issues revolving around one-click in addition to WebUSB.
