upload "--destination" doesn't seem to do anything useful #274

trying --destination /Members/%u/software/%p/${CI_PIPELINE_ID}/%v, the ${CI_PIPELINE_ID} seems to get ignored...

and on windows this even results in trying to upload to c://puredata.info/Members/... ... c:\ wtf?
