add a new 'chapter' on spatialisation and other multichannel applications in the audio examples

I added some information right here in the beginning and did not add a new example. It's a rather timid introduction and nowhere else in the audio examples this is reinforced. I could look and maybe find other examples that are pertinent to change and adapt for multichannel signals, but there probably none and this would have to be it anyway...

I think it would be better to have a separate example, and also to avoid putting it right at the beginning of the series, where I was trying to only introduce one idea at a time..

Maybe there could be a separate "chapter" dealing with spatialisation and other multichannel applications?

Ok @millerpuckette I haven't done anything yet, so I won't upload the example I was working on! Don't worry. But let's keep this open and think about it then.

Nonetheless, I think the idea of using the slider without the multichannel stuff seems like a good fit here, what do you think? I can remove the multichannel stuff and keep it

and for the record, I went through the examples and couldn't really see any good fit of where to include this thing, so yeah, a new series of examples that really get into the power of multichannel, like spatialization, would be great! I will leave that to you anyway, of course.
