Take '1.introduction.txt' out of the manual folder and rename it to "about.pd". Also other considerations with the "About Pd" menu entry #215

One thing I hope to do to minimize noise from the manual folder is removing the '1.introduction.txt' file from the manual folder.

This file doesn't belong in there at all as it's just a file needed on the tcl/tk side to open 'About Pd'. I can argue it shouldn't even be available inside the 'doc' folder to begin with. More specificaaly, this file is needed for 'pd_menucommands.tcl' and used to create the "About Pd" menu entry. Perhaps this file could just live there.

One problem of this file is that it doesn't expand PD_BASEDIR

By the way, the information here in this file is not all that relevant and there are links for the manual, pd list, puredata.info and stuff at the Help Entry anyway.

One thing this file points to is the license, and maybe we could also have a license entry in the Help Menu that opens Pd's License. While we're at it, why not also open Pd's readme?

And then the 'About Pd' could just be a simple disclaimer with Pd version, release date, coyright notice and a remark to check the 'Help Menu' for License, readme and stuff.

Well, first things first, in order of tasks, we could:
