what's that name? #4

this might seem nitpicking, but i seriously believe that "pdloader" is already taken by the things around sys_register_loader (e.g. libdir).

please pick a more specific name for such a specific task as loading fonts.

I expected to change the name. This is more of a proof of concept.

How about pdfontloader, pdfont, pdloadfont, winfont, etc. I was thinking the pd- prefix would help avoid any naming clashes in Tcl.
