From the overfull Purebred.Types module, extract three smaller modules of related data types and functions:
Purebred.Types
Purebred.Types.Event
Purebred.Types.Mailcap
Purebred.Types.UI
Also move the TagOp data type to Purebre.Storage.Tags.
