This may happen before the POST/PUT request has had a chance to create a record 
in the DB, so it is normal in this scenario. Don't know if that is your case 
though.

It's not the case. This is a bug. Earlier versions (like mnf on production) 
operate as expected.

Need tuning and the 'Cancel' button does not work in various cases. Giannis is 
on it.
