When canceling multiple file upload, only transfers that have already started get canceled #60

With the revisions above the uploading of multiple files using Google Gears has 
changed. A file, among others in the list of the uploading files,  is uploaded 
only after the upload of the previous file in the list is finished. Thus, when 
the user hits cancel the upload of the file that is currently during the upload 
process is canceled and uploading of the next files in the list are also 
canceled.
