Add feedback for file menu ops #9

When Trash or My Shared is selected and the user clicks on File -> New Folder 
or Upload, nothing 
happens, without any kind of error message. We should add informational 
messages explaining why 
the operation cannot continue.

With this fix the user (when Trash or My Shared is selected) selects the File 
menu
and the option "New Folder" doesn't exist in the popup menu.

As mentioned above we should do the same for Upload as well.

When Trash or My Shared is selected from the File menu the option "New Folder" 
and "Upload" doesn't exist in the popup menu. The same applies when the user 
right clicks the Trash or My Shared folders.
