Update build & fix warnings #13

This switches the build to Pulp and adds auto-pursuit-publishing from Travis.
Fixes a collection of warnings thrown out by psc 0.7.6.1

Ok, the build is actually working now.

@jdegoes to review I guess? :wink: There's not much here to talk about really though as it's mostly build-related stuff.
