Updating to purescript 0.7.0 #4

Syntax changes

Strings lastIndexOf now returns a maybe, so no need to do the let if checks.
Moved to glup, to fall in line with other purescript repos.
Removed the compiled example (I can put it back if required, but we should use a different folder name as we're using this folder for gulp).

Learning Purescript essentially, I blame you @jdegoes for creating stax! We do experiment and prototype somethings with Purescript but nothing live atm.

Ah yes, Stax, the ancient path to FP in haXe. :smiling_imp: I hope I can get you hooked on PureScript.... :smiley:
