update dependencies for the identity and prelude changes. #11

Update dependencies, deleted orphan instances, made compatible with the current compiler's prelude. Please merge whoever can as this is a blocker for me!

I don't know lens but this all looks sensible to me. What version number do you want for this?

This is API compatible, so v0.3.3 should work fine. Thanks so much! Hardy's at school all day today filling his brain with useless crap. :)
