Update to 0.15.8 (support dark theme)

Note: these are the only places where potentially non-dark theme colors are used:

• extra.css
  • seems to be badge highlighting
• normalize.css
  • only affects mark elements

I'm not sure where mark elements are used, so I haven't touched it. The badge color is likely fine?
