earlier there was no follow notification feature

Closes: #462

Describe the changes you've made

fixed a small bug in the index.js file
added followNotification field in notification model
a notification object now gets created when you get followed by a user
changed the response object of follow request (so that confidential information like password and other unnecessary details are not displayed)
