Kurakoo is an online community of people providing answers to questions just like Quora site. Kurakoo is especially for school-college students, people from around the different colleges visit Kurakoo to ask questions from a community of people who answer them.

users don't have an option to view someone's public profile
Describe the solution you'd like
adding route that can fetch relevant user profiles (by name)
adding route that fetches user profile by id
the fetched profiles will not include any confidential or unnecessary information
it will include information about their authored question/answer/comment, their content views, follower + following count, etc
