Design: Create designs for the Shopping cart component

Issue summary

There is currently no design for the shopping cart component and in order for the project to have a uniform styleguide, a design has to be created for each of the components.

Proposed fix

Create a design for the shopping cart component using the colors of the project which is already given in the README.
