Design: Create design for User Account component #49

Issue summary

There is currently no design for the user account component and in order for the project to have a uniform styleguide, a design has to be created for each of the components.

Proposed fix

Create a design for the user account component using the colors of the project which is already given in the README.

Tasks

Before working on the issue, dm me or @AdityaSingh-02 and @purnima143 to be added to the Figma file and please, strictly follow the styleguide.

Hey @shanu-user Thanks for indicating interest on this issue. Please note that it's a design issue and to work on it, you would need to be a designer and good at design.
