Design: Create design for Search components

Issue summary

There is currently no design for the search component and in order for the project to have a uniform styleguide, a design has to be created for each of the components.

Proposed fix

Create a design for the search component using the colors of the project which is already given in the README.

Tasks

• [ ] Search bar
• [ ] Sorting dropdown
• [ ] Filter options

Before working on the issue, dm me or @AdityaSingh-02 and @purnima143 to be added to the Figma file and please, strictly follow the styleguide.
