Enhancement: accept Atom feeds for adding new titles to reader libraries #102

Feedbooks (among others) publishes and Atom feed that Stanza ingests and
offers to Stanza readers for adding new books to their library. Would be a
good feature to offer Bookworm readers.

This was done for Feedbooks; could easily be extended.

Should open a different ticket later for OPDS integration specifically.
