Enhancement: Opt-in notification that other readers have same book in their library #104

Moving toward more social interaction, notify someone when other reades
have same book on their library, and optionally offer shared
commenting/annotation. (Think del.icio.us tagging/comments/feeds for books
and book sections).

This will need to tie back in to the epub-interop group in terms of deciding 
when two
books are the same, as many titles won't share the same identifier. 

Both Google Books and the LibraryThing API are reasonably good at identifying 
books
by title, as well.
