Provide a direct link to associate an OpenID with an existing account #126

It's not at all obvious how to associate an OpenID with a Bookworm account
(you need to register the OpenID as if you were a new user and then
associate it).

Provide a link from the Profile page to do this while already logged-in (or
at least some directions).
