Switch binary handling to Django Storage classes #138

File storage wasn't in Django when Bookworm was developed so I implemented
my own interface.  Switching to Django's will enable swapping out the
underlying storage engine to network-enabled ones (e.g. S3) easily, and
should be more robust.
