Someone has uploaded a Calibre-generated book that contains 650 (!!) unique
CSS files.  When this is loaded in Bookworm, it briefly overwhelms the
system (it seems to recover though).

Impose a hard limit of 10 (?) CSS files per book.

Fixed and posted.  This is controlled by settings.MAX_CSS_FILES.
