Allow all-keyboard navigation of Bookworm #177

Currently, to turn the page, we have to scroll to the top or bottom, reach
for the mouse, and click 'next'.

It would be nice if Bookworm added some keyboard shortcuts:
 * Ctrl+Left and Ctrl+Right to go to the previous/next page,
 * Ctrl+Up and Ctrl+Down to go to the previous/next section of the book.

Thank you.

Check out Reading Mode (click on the icon like a stack of pages). You can use
j/k n/p for keyboard
navigation.
