Disable 'New Unit' function #19

In production environment, units deployment are usually managed by infrastructure orchestration code. Would it possible to make "New Unit" an optional function in the UI? Thanks! Great job to provide this tool. It would be very useful to support team, if we could disable the new unit submission from the UI.
