Add confirmation to start/stop/force stop/delete #3

Hi there,

Thanks for the nice Fleet UI.

Would be possible to add Ok/Cancel (Cancel selected by default) when clicking on start/stop/force stop/delete? So by accident nothing can be done there without click on OK.

As right now it is so easy to stop/delete fleet units there.
