fix(fef css): refact postcss to separate fef own styles #361

resolves sitebar namespace conflict

two things: sidebar is a class in fef also and its styling conflicts with the CE's sidebar. second is that right now we export all pages/whatever.css files as intellyo-component, howevert these files are only mandatory for examples only. After this pull we can export the component css files only.

I think it's not an issue to import the component one by one in the place of the usage and this refactor just produces extra work for us not to mention the potential merge conflicts in case of the currently opened pull requests.
