So the idea is the following:

Each tag should contain a CHANGES.md which contains the changes we did in that tag (actually that's a diff of the previous version and this one)
CHANGELOG.md contains all the changes of all the versions. It should be pushed into the master.

@ruffle1986 we'll need to modify mk-release, I would add the content of CHANGES.md to the release.
