"Allow Javascript from Apple Events" is checked in Safari, but TuneOut still thinks it isn't #25

Whenever I open TuneOut, I get the notification that "Allow Javascript from Apple Events" isn't enabled. I checked and rechecked several times, and found that it IS enabled. What's more, when I open TuneOut, it then opens Safari. What's going on here?
