QuickTime Reference movies not working #136

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Trying to use QT reference movie but FFMBC ignores with errors.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To be able to use a QT reference file so as not to have to export full movie to 
then use PRhelper

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
FFmbc-0.7rc7-win64-120705 HPz800 12 core Win 7 64bit 

Please provide any additional information below:
Using PRhelper to try and trancode to ProResHQ
- Full commandline run (with -v 3) and everything the program printed
without
the repeating parts.
- Upload your sample somewhere and supply url
My files wouldn't work as you would need the ref file and full QT file.  You 
can take a quicktime file you have on hand and in Quicktime, "save as" a 
reference movie and try that...

It won't work on windows, but I won't fix that unless sponsored.
